Writing for Passion, not Money
If I were to write my own fantasy about writing, I would create a world for myself, where I would make a ton of money as a writer. I would be extremely rich and be able to buy myself and everyone in my family, a luxurious house and brand new cars. I would have myself as a New York times best selling author, for writing my Romance books and every theater would have a movie burning up the box office, because of a screenplay that I wrote. I would be at all of the movie premier's, walking the red carpets, in all of the top name fashions. Then that thing called reality steps in and reminds me that, making money as a writer, is far from easy as the part of the actual writing. It takes time, to make money as a writer and it's a ton of work that has no pay, only self reward. I had a co worker ask me how much money I make as a writer, when I told her, she laughed and asked "why I do it"? The answer for me was easy, I love to write and it's my passion. The truth is,...
